e or two sentences, outline the primary purpose(s) of this position within the organization Job Summary The HR Representative supports the HR Manager in delivering the overall people strategy for the site. The HR Representative ensures positive employee relations through effective communication and fair and consistent administration of the labor agreement. This role has responsibilities over site training which includes formulating and tracking annual training plans for all levels of the organization to ensure that the site is compliant and that customer’s requirements are met on a timely basis with a quality manufactured product. This position may backup the designated plant payroll liaison and may work with Corporate Payroll to ensure accuracy of payroll for hourly paid associates as needed. This is a salaried, exempt position. Reporting Relationship This position reports directly to the Human Resource Manager and dotted line to the EHS Specialist. May also receive direction from the Americas Corporate HR Team.
