- Job Title : Site Supply Chain Internal Flows Technician
- Type of contract : Long-term At-will
- Expected Hiring Date : September 2026
- Scope : Site- Huron
Responsibilities :
- Essential Functions
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
- Supervise the shipping and receiving personnel
- Manage Shipping operations to ensure customer delivery ratings are met including service deliveries
- Responsible for overall warehouse management and organization – including container management inside & outside of the building
- Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times
- Manage warehousing operations, maintain FIFO and inventory accuracy, including coordination of external warehousing as required
- Manage Service operations to achieve Service delivery requirements
- Maintain the 5-S system in the warehouse and shipping office
- Assist others with shipping needs

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills along with a high level of strategic leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and advanced problem solving skills using structured methods
- Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
- Must comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

- Bachelors degree in logistics/Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Logistics/Scheduling in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience implementing Lean Systems in a manufacturing environment
