Job role:

• The holder of position, will manage all technical analysis related to customer requirements (Tier 1/2) generating manufacturing product/projects cost quotation. Primarily for SMT (PCBA) products and in a second step for Assembling (MPP) as well.

• He is the interface between sales manager, central & plant industrial team for the determination of the manufacturing product/projects cost quotation (cycle time, equipment & tooling cost, HC)

• Is preparing the short and long capacity calculation for the SMT & Final Assembling lines.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers, checks and evaluates the customer RfQ (Request for Quotation) or RnD (Research and Development) data package (standards, requirements, design, volumes)

• Identifies the key-product/process parameters in coherence with the performance of existing technologies and the gap analysis in terms of Feasibility Check (VDA 6.3)

• Is the interface customers and experts of internal dept. (PD, Sales, CPI, Technology & Processes, Packaging Engineer, manufacturing, etc.) to define project parameters based on the RfQ-quotation (cross-functional approach)

• Defines the technical structure necessary to support the RfQ-Manager during the manufacturing costs generation phase (HK / TP)

• generates the Manufacturing calculation according to company defined standards (e. g.: Team Center). Generate the needed documents to be used from internal customer (Controlling, Sales) necessary for the generation of the final Sales offer

• Supports Sales force during technical RfQ presentation by customers; discuss alternative solution

• Performs the short and long capacity calculation for the SMT & Final Assembling lines.

Requirements:

• Engineer/Master's degree - technological and mechanical fields

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Experience in using, programing, fine tuning and maintaining of the core equipment in the SMT line   (Laser, Solder Paste Printing, Post Printing Inspection, Component Placement, Reflow, Automatic Optical Inspection).

• Good knowledge of English

• MS Office, Windows – very good knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles

• Driving license. B
