About the Role
As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for managing plant infrastructure, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure operational continuity and compliance with corporate and legal standards. You will coordinate investment projects, oversee service contracts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities for suppliers of goods and services related to plant investments.
- Create purchase requisitions in SAP and process invoices.
- Plan and supervise investment projects, analyze risks, and implement mitigation actions.
- Ensure timely execution of periodic inspections and maintain complete documentation.
- Oversee service contracts, repairs, and external contractors.
- Maintain technical and visual condition of buildings, installations, and plant surroundings.
- Monitor and optimize media consumption; ensure continuity of utility supply.
- Coordinate ESD protection system implementation and training.
- Support implementation and maintenance of systems such as 5S, TPM, SMED.
- Manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain fixed asset records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standards and report on system performance.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanics, or related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in building maintenance or similar role (preferably in an industrial plant).
- Hard Skills:
- Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean Manufacturing.
- English proficiency (min. B2).
- SEP certification up to 1kV (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentation (2D/3D).
- Driving license (B category).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Time management and goal orientation.
- Teamwork, engagement, and willingness to learn.
