We're looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Niemce. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast;
• Collect and analyze data from various departments;
• Forecast sales and analyze profitability by product, program, and customer;
• Monitor and control operational and capital expenditures;
• Calculate standard production costs and provisions;
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries;
• Develop and improve controlling tools and reports;
• Support internal and external audit processes;

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Solid understanding of financial controlling principles;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in a manufacturing company is a plus);
• Experience with SAP will be an asset;
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Good command of English;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
