Responsibilities:

• Supervision of local Quality Management System documentation

• Planning, execution, and supervision of internal audits: system audits, process audits, and customer self‑assessments

• Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• Preparation and support of process owners during certification and customer audits

• Liaison with certification bodies, CARA management

• Conducting internal trainings related to IMS (Quality Management System)

• Supporting the planning and execution of product audits and Layered Process Audits (LPA)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Department within a manufacturing company

• Experience in managing and conducting audits; VDA and/or IATF auditor qualifications are an asset

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements

• Knowledge of quality tools – Core Tools (AIAG/VDA)

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint

• Good command of English

• Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, accuracy, diligence, and a continuous‑improvement mindset
