About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Change Management Coordinator to join our team and support the implementation of engineering and production changes across multiple departments. This role ensures smooth coordination of change processes, documentation updates, and compliance with operational standards in a dynamic automotive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate change management activities using CIMPLEX, SAP, GBC, and Enterproj.
  • Oversee change methodology in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • Work closely with logistics and inbound control for change execution and release of purchased parts.
  • Coordinate change implementation across all departments: collect input data, organize regular status reviews, and maintain communication regarding upcoming changes.
  • Update all documentation related to change implementation (Implementation Checklist – ICL, Change Log, Implementation Line Audit).
  • Conduct audits of implementation lines after changes are applied.
  • Set up material data in SAP (MM module).
  • Create mBOM based on engineering documentation.
  • Support the material management team.
  • Participate in program review meetings for new launches.
  • Analyze and coordinate temporary changes in collaboration with the team.
  • Support risk analysis and propose process improvements.
 

Qualifications

  • Engineer or Master’s degree in technology or quality-related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is welcome but not mandatory.
 

Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of AIAG standards (PPAP, Core Tools, APQP, FMEA) – an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows; SAP experience preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in operational teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Independence and initiative in managing tasks.
  • Willingness to continuously improve qualifications.
