As a Maintenance Engineer on our site in Niemce, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and hydraulic systems in our production environment. You will analyze failures, implement improvements, and ensure maximum equipment reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute annual and periodic maintenance and inspection plans
- Supervise and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans and documentation.
- Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement preventive measures.
- Propose and coordinate technical improvements to enhance efficiency and durability.
- Coordinate external service providers and participate in technology investments.
- Prepare LOTO instructions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support implementation of 5S, TPM, SMED, Lean Manufacturing principles.
Requirements:
- Degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance (preferably in an industrial plant).
- Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean Manufacturing.
- English proficiency (min. B2).
- SEP certification up to 1kV (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and create technical documentation (2D/3D).
- Driving license (B category).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Time management and goal orientation.
- Teamwork, engagement, and willingness to learn.
