About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance department and tooling workshop, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. You will plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage external service providers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute annual and periodic maintenance and inspection plans.
- Supervise and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical oversight for machines and tooling.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans and documentation.
- Analyze root causes of breakdowns and implement preventive measures.
- Reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
- Propose and coordinate technical improvements to enhance efficiency and durability.
- Determine material and technical needs for machine operation.
- Coordinate external service providers and participate in technology investments.
- Prepare LOTO instructions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead the maintenance department and tooling workshop.
- Support implementation of 5S, TPM, SMED, Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum technical secondary education (preferably mechanical or electrical).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance (preferably in an industrial plant).
- Hard Skills:
- Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean Manufacturing.
- SEP certification up to 1kV (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to operate energy, sanitary, and fire protection installations.
- Driving license (B category preferred).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Time management and goal orientation.
- Teamwork, engagement, and willingness to learn.
