The role is based in our Lighting Business Group in Niemce, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage material and component supply levels using the corporate MRP system and maintain accurate inventory data.
- Coordinate with logistics to review stock levels, initiate cycle counts, and manage returnable packaging.
- Resolve quantity differences, discuss issues with suppliers, and support corrective actions.
- Verify shipment information and provide delivery plans to suppliers upon request.
- Provide required information for customs declarations and support internal teams with analyses and reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to ensure smooth material flow and consolidated shipments.
- Maintain accurate data in the MRP system and update part, consumable, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and documentation standards.
- Follow all company guidelines, HSE and fire protection regulations, and the company Code of Conduct.
- Register extraordinary transport permits (AETC) and obtain approvals for additional transport costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in material planning, supply chain operations, or supplier scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of customs processes and logistics documentation is an advantage.
- Strong English language proficiency.
