The role is based in our Lighting Business Group in Niemce, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage material and component supply levels using the corporate MRP system and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Coordinate with logistics to review stock levels, initiate cycle counts, and manage returnable packaging.

• Resolve quantity differences, discuss issues with suppliers, and support corrective actions.
• Verify shipment information and provide delivery plans to suppliers upon request.

• Provide required information for customs declarations and support internal teams with analyses and reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners to ensure smooth material flow and consolidated shipments.

• Maintain accurate data in the MRP system and update part, consumable, and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and documentation standards.

• Follow all company guidelines, HSE and fire protection regulations, and the company Code of Conduct.
• Register extraordinary transport permits (AETC) and obtain approvals for additional transport costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in material planning, supply chain operations, or supplier scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of customs processes and logistics documentation is an advantage.
• Strong English language proficiency.
