Responsibilities:

• Managing the RFQ process (preparation, sending, feedback analysis, negotiations e.g. MOQ, contracts, saving etc.) for production components, ensuring compliance with the purchasing process guidelines.

• Escalation of problems related to ensuring continuity of supply in accordance with the escalation matrix.

• Support for operational topics related to component shortages, conducting teleconferences with suppliers.

• Change management (valuation, analysis, negotiations, timing) in accordance with internal guidelines.

• Conducting analyzes of production capacity at suppliers and managing project changes (extension, shortening, volume change).

• Initiating optimization actions (resourcing, insourcing, benchmark).

• Responsibility for the assigned purchasing categories/projects in accordance with the applicable division.

 

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree (technical/economic fields)

• 3-5 years of experience working in the purchasing department

• Knowledge of English at a level enabling communication (B2)

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Very good knowledge of MS Office

• Willingness to learn

• Negotiation skills – negotiations with suppliers

• Teamwork skills

•Driving license B
