We are looking for a Process Engineer to optimize assembly line processes and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize assembly line processes and parameters.
- Create and update process documentation.
- Analyze micro-downtime and identify root causes.
- Monitor and analyze assembly line performance.
- Conduct PFMEA for risk assessment.
- Investigate mechanical failures and downtime.
- Provide troubleshooting support on the line.
- Implement solutions to improve quality and reduce waste.
- Work with teams to set standards and drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields or technical education with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within electronics production
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (basic level)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and proactive approach
- Strategic thinking and quality orientation
- Ability to provide feedback and share knowledge
