Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Quality Management System in the plantscontinue production

• Plant support: improving quality, continuous improvement and striving to reduce PPM

• Coordinates and prioritizes requests from other departments to ensure consistency within the company in quality, monitoring and improvement

• Responsible for the company's readiness to conduct internal audits and preparation of the company for external audits

• Ensures development of a Layer Process Audit program to verify compliance with all certification standards and procedures

• Responsible for Global Quality Read Across Process

• Ensures that the Quality Department participates in the preparation of the Launch Readiness Reviews Program and provides LL (Lesson Learned) and Read Across

• Ensures the quality of the change control process

• Responsible for implementing specific customer needs at the plant and representing the company to the customer

 

Requirements:

• Education - Minimum Engineer / Master's degree - industrial engineering, technical and quality related fields

• Certificates: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), VDA Audit Program.

• Experience in IATFTS16949, Q1, ASES, Formel Q audits

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry

• At least 3 years of experience in quality management

• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing

• Experience in supply chain management 

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Windows

• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

• Analytical thinking and leadership skills

• Interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic work environment
