The role of Serial Buyer will be based in our Niemce Plant in Poland and it will report into a Country Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the RFQ process for production components, including analysis and negotiations.
• Escalate supply continuity issues and support resolution of shortages with suppliers.
• Handle pricing and scheduling changes in line with internal procedures.
• Analyze supplier production capacities and manage project-related changes.
• Drive optimization initiatives such as resourcing and benchmarking.
• Support supplier nomination and manage excess materials.
• Identify and promote cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with plants and suppliers.
• Assist in resolving critical supplier issues (e.g. force majeure, tool damage, insolvency).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; basic knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Category B driving license.
