关键任务MISSION
- Support production to improve product quality, optimize the process flow and parameter to improve production efficiency; to reduce machine break down and shorten SMED time;
- As plant representative, is in charge of the coordination between plant and program team, also attend the new program development of phase 4, 5, 6 and industrialization preparation.
主要责任Primary Responsibilities
Safety:
- Abide by the company's EHS procedures and all safety instructions and procedures to avoid unsafe or non-compliant incidents
- Have authority to stop machines (E-stop) in case of immediate risk to avoid safety accidents and people injured.
- Have authority to stop production
- TSV as planned.
New project introduction ( PR)
- Coaching and arrange the preparation of working instruction and abnormal situation countermeasure.
- Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.
Production trouble shooting, service, TPM, Digital management machine:
- Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
- In charge of the training to production team about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.
- Validate Pokayoke and SPC from project input equipment
POMS continuous improvement:
- Optimization of process flow and parameter. Prepare the machine specification and technical communication with supplier. Comments of machine specification.
- Responsible for capacity building, layput optimization
- Participate in quality/safety problem cause analysis and corrective action. And 8D lesson learn discussion.
Spare part management
- Coordinate with logistic/purchasing department and arrange the internal package design and validation of supplier components package
Budget of capex:
- Lead the preparation of CAPEX budget in Apolo.
Energy Management:
- Lead plant side Energy Management (INECO) for better energy saving, analysis and improve plant energy cost (include electric, air and water cost) though POAI energy system.
Team management & people development:
- Make the department employee training plan and treat the internal affair of engineering department.
- OT control in Engineering department
- Arrange people resources to meet \quality system\plant operation\ legal requirement, Handle personnel issues (conflict resolution, scheduling, etc.);
- Assign functions and responsibility of each team members, assure the objectives and performances for them;
- Make sure teams comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
- Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution
- Maintain team stability with good discipline to ensure employees work happily
