Account Manager Aftermarket

The role of Account Manager Aftermarket is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including current business and new business development
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels
- Lead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Coordinate technical and commercial offers with internal cross-functional teams
- Drive new product introduction and order intake at customer level
- Define and execute customer-specific commercial strategies
- Monitor account profitability, pricing evolution, and cash management
- Act as the main interface between customer and internal departments
- Gather customer feedback and initiate improvement action plans
- Track customer satisfaction and competitive market developments
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or program development
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
- Good understanding of automotive products, customers, and project lifecycle
- Ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Financial understanding to support quotations and profitability tracking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with senior management and decision-makers
- Proactive, structured, and results-driven working style
- Fluent English, additional European languages is an advantage
