Account Manager Aftermarket

The role of Account Manager Aftermarket is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including current business and new business development
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels
  • Lead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate technical and commercial offers with internal cross-functional teams
  • Drive new product introduction and order intake at customer level
  • Define and execute customer-specific commercial strategies
  • Monitor account profitability, pricing evolution, and cash management
  • Act as the main interface between customer and internal departments
  • Gather customer feedback and initiate improvement action plans
  • Track customer satisfaction and competitive market developments

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales or program development
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
  • Good understanding of automotive products, customers, and project lifecycle
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Financial understanding to support quotations and profitability tracking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with senior management and decision-makers
  • Proactive, structured, and results-driven working style
  • Fluent English, additional European languages is an advantage
