The role of Controlling Manager is based in our Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the controlling team
• Planning and analyzing budgets, reporting to the company management
• Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and increasing efficiency
• Close cooperation with the finance department and other key teams
• Leading the preparation of detailed Budgets and Forecasts
• Responsible for closing activities for the plant, cooperating with auditors for annual and quarterly closings
• Preparing a "Business plan" - a view into the time period
• Processing and managing the "Cost savings" of the plant in cooperation with the headquarters
• Cooperation with partner plants, checking budget fulfillment and all measures to achieve goals
• Cooperation with the new business department and calculating new business
• Cooperation with the central and material teams, specifying precise influences on the plant and specifying precise price movements
• Controlling and specifying possible additional costs affecting the plant

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in automotive
• English language at a communicative level - min. B2
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of financial tools
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP
• Presentation skills
• Quick decision-making
• Independence, reliability, responsibility
• Active approach
• Supervision in stressful situations
