The role of Electronics / EMC Test Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electronics and EMC testing in line with applicable standards and laboratory procedures
- Execute tests according to customer specifications and approved test plans, ensuring accuracy and quality of results
- Prepare and maintain test reports and related technical documentation
- Operate, maintain, and support EMC and electronics test equipment in the laboratory
- Assist in maintaining laboratory procedures and documentation aligned with quality system requirements
- Monitor changes in technical standards, regulations, and customer requirements relevant to EMC and electronics testing
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Practical experience in electronics or EMC testing, laboratory measurements, or a similar technical environment
- Nice to have basic knowledge of EMC standards and electronics testing methods (automotive or industrial environment is an advantage)
- General understanding of laboratory quality systems (e.g., ISO 17025 or similar)
- English language skills sufficient for technical documentation and communication
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Willingness to learn, quality-focused mindset, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
