The role of Electronics Project Leader is based in our Lighting business group in Nový Jičín next to Ostrava.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating electronics development team from RFQ till SOP, organize regular team meetings with team members
• Communication with the management, customer, electronics suppliers
• Creating, observing and regularly updating of the time plan for the development of electronics, supporting the fulfillment of the price and quality targets of the entire project
• Delivering technical data in the required time, quality and format to the customer, prototype PCB manufacturers, EMS
• Supporting and participating in meetings at the customer's development center, supports pilot sample preparation, product manufacturing activities, and SOP claims (measurements, analyzes, reports, etc.)
• Providing data and a description of the technical solution to create a bid for customers for new projects

Requirements:

• University degree in electronics or mecahnical engineering
• At least 3 years of experiences on similar position in automotive industry
• Knowledge of electronics technologies, overview in electronics area
• Experience with planning and managing of the projects for min. one year
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Project)
• English on intermediate level (B2)
• Proactive approach, innovative thinking,
• Ability to make decisions, set priorities and lead the team
• Presentation and communication skills
