The role of Junior Testing Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Broup in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Performing functional tests, measurements, and validation of parameters for materials, prototypes, and products according to defined specifications
• Evaluating test results and preparing test records and reports
• Operating, setting, programming, and performing basic maintenance of testing equipment and instruments
• Following methodologies and procedures according to applicable standards (VDPS, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001)
• Supporting the management and updating of documentation related to completed tests
• Monitoring trends in laboratory testing, materials, and automotive technologies
• Participating in corrective actions resulting from audits
• Communicating effectively with internal and external partners
• Complying with HSE, fire protection, and internal company regulations
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education with a school-leaving exam in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technology, or chemistry
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Technical mindset and interest in working in a laboratory environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office and PC skills
• Basic knowledge of English
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and ability to both receive and provide feedback
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Driving license cat. B
