The role of Launch Coordinator is based in our Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín next to Ostrava.

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the team responsible for industrialization during the introduction of new production programs or their changes
- Management of assigned production projects (e.g. equipment relocation, long-term increase in production efficiency, ...)
- Creation, updating and responsibility for meeting the timing of the introduction of new production programs
- Organization and management of launch readiness review
- Responsibility for the status and fulfillment of the KPI of the production project
- Organization of other activities – design review, pre-acceptance, acceptance, validation and R@R of lines and equipment
- Planning and implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations from quality goals, deadlines or costs

Requirements:

- Secondary education or University degree - technical field

- At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry

- Communicative English - at least B1 level

- Independence in solving tasks

- User knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, Internet, Outlook)

- Ability to work in team

- Creative and innovative thinking

- Willingness to learn continuously
