The role of Plant Controller is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly closing activities and prepare deliverables for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Prepare documentation for quarterly and annual audits
• Perform ad hoc analyses based on manager’s instructions
• Produce monthly program profitability reporting (COPA) for both CZ manufacturing locations
• Analyze labor and overhead costs
• Prepare monthly cost center overviews for cost center owners
• Calculate annual labor and overhead rates
• Collaborate with the New Business Quoting team to apply forecasted rates for new projects and assess blended vs. site-specific rates depending on cost structures
• Provide support in substitution cases and participate in ad hoc projects (finance, operations, global initiatives)
• Participate in training and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of provided services

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or technical field
• Proven experience in controlling, ideally within a manufacturing company (automotive experience is an advantage)
• Solid understanding of accounting and controlling principles
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and independence, technical background is a plus
• Good command of both Czech and English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to cooperate across departments
