The role of Product Marketing Leader is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and technology developments
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and Unique Selling Points (USPs) aligned with innovation roadmaps
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies for Sales, Business Development, and Communication teams
- Co-develop product roadmaps with Engineering and Innovation teams to ensure market relevance and differentiation
- Develop and oversee marketing and sales support materials for internal and external use
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, Innovation, and Communication teams
- Act as a key interface for strategic customers, gathering insights and influencing product direction
- Develop customer personas, communication strategies, and manage customer satisfaction surveys
- Monitor market, technology, and competitor trends in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage and develop a small product marketing team
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within automotive lighting or automotive industry
- Strong strategic, analytical, and market-oriented mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Innovation teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear market messages
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Willingness to travel to Paris on regular basis
