The role of Product Owner - Lighting is based in our OP´nSoft Business Group in Novy Jicin, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities: 

• Define, update, and manage the product roadmap aligned with customer and internal priorities
• Ensure on-time delivery of SW products, securing accurate inputs/outputs between customers and OpnSoft engineering teams
• Lead RFI/RFQ responses and support quotation activities
• Drive execution of awarded programs with customers, PMs, and Scrum Masters
• Manage P&L for the product line, including costing and pricing strategy
• Support sales during negotiations, customer meetings, and events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels
• Provide market and customer feedback to marketing and R&D to shape future products
• Monitor competitive landscape, new technologies, and innovation within the domain
• Prepare and present strategic reviews, internally and with key customers

Requirements:

• Strong ability to build trust and maintain robust customer relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong listening, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities
• Proven ability to interact confidently with senior management
• Solid understanding of software functions within the lighting or automotive domain
• Ability to identify business opportunities and assess commercial risks
• Financial awareness to support quotations, pricing models, and profitability analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
