The role of Program Manager is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global cross-functional project teams to meet project goals in quality, cost, timing, and profitability
• Manage the definition, development, and planning of the optics product portfolio
• Align stakeholders across locations to ensure portfolio readiness for future business opportunities
• Prepare and validate business cases to support investment decisions
• Work with engineering and commercial teams on standardized customer offerings
• Oversee project scope, risks, communication, and reporting from start to completion
• Manage change processes throughout development until handover to serial production
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Deliver cost-reduction (VAVE) targets and support the acquisition of new projects

Requirements:

• University degree in technical field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Program Manager or Program Manager
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Solid experience in project management and MS Office/Outlook
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lead, delegate, make decisions, and manage priorities
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Knowledge of financial methodology for business case creation is an advantage
• Driving license cat. B, willingness to travel
