Key Responsibilities:
- Participation in the company-wide harmonization of testing technology, testing software and processes
- Developing, testing and documenting new concepts.
- Supporting and cooperating closely with the research and product development department to secure the producibility with an adequate testing concept (Tools: DfT, FMDA)
- Planning, developing and building new testing technologies (low-, high voltage and photometric)
- Planning, developing and creating software-driven test-flows
- Introducing new products within the global testing system while complying with project schedule.
- Use of statistical tools to ensure the optimization of testing processes
- Supporting serial production in field of product testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year of project planning or project leadership.
- Good knowledge of electronics technologies and solid orientation in the electronics domain (components, PCB, validation).
- Experience working in an international team and in a cross‑functional project environment.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and prioritization skills with a proactive, self‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
