Supply Chain Excellence Engineer

The role of Supply Chain Excellence Engineer is based in our R&D Center in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), production planning, and inventory management activities across the Business Group
  • Work with plants and international teams to improve demand, supply, and inventory planning
  • Prepare and analyze planning data, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
  • Support teams in improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across SAP and other planning tools
  • Develop and improve planning tools and help automate manual processes
  • Support continuous improvement projects and share best practices across plants and countries

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in supply chain planning or a similar area
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP and strong skills in Power BI and Excel
  • Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement or digitalization projects is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with international and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English for daily communication with international teams
  • Structured and proactive approach with good organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the working time
