Supply Chain Excellence Engineer

The role of Supply Chain Excellence Engineer is based in our R&D Center in Nový Jičín, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), production planning, and inventory management activities across the Business Group
- Work with plants and international teams to improve demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Prepare and analyze planning data, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Support teams in improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across SAP and other planning tools
- Develop and improve planning tools and help automate manual processes
- Support continuous improvement projects and share best practices across plants and countries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in supply chain planning or a similar area
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of SAP and strong skills in Power BI and Excel
- Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and planning processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with continuous improvement or digitalization projects is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work with international and cross-functional teams
- Fluent English for daily communication with international teams
- Structured and proactive approach with good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally up to 50% of the working time
