MAIN MISSIONS :

  • Understand and follow Battery pack and electronic systems and participates in problem resolution as requested.
  • Perform product and process audits.
  • Completes all tests and checks required to satisfy Customer/Safety/ OPmobility requirements.

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Support of the entire production lines from reception of goods to shipping including production controls.
  • Carrying out quality controls and the final inspections.
  • Creation of the relevant quality and process documents (test instructions, checklists, etc.).
  • Track with the Quality team the corrective and preventative actions.
  • Completes all tests and checks required to satisfy Customer/Safety/ OPmobility requirements
  • Conducting training for production employees on quality-related topics.
  • Perform product and process audits
  • Support customer and supplier complaints resolution (e.g. 8D reports, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
  • Supervision of sorting and rework activities.
  • Management of the testing and measuring equipment.
  • Implementation/support of Quality training, audits and risk analyses

 

PROFILE:

Personal Background and technical skills

  • Degree on Electronics or Mechatronics
  • 2 years professional background in automotive
  • Certified process auditor (example: VDA 6.3) is a plus
  • Experience interfacing with automotive OEMs or Railway manufacturer is desired.

 

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of Quality tools (APQP, Problem solving, FMEA, Control plan, continuous improvement…) and quality standards (VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS)
  • Understanding of automotive requirements (understanding of railway/ aviation industries requirements is a +)
  • Ability to read drawings, knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • English is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks to meet department objectives with timely manner.
  • Master pack office
  • Must understand the impact of his/her activities on the quality objectives (services & products) and understand the potential risks of a non-compliance on the products designed and delivered by e-Power
