SITE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Main Missions: Target, Challenge and support all Plants Supply Chain to ensure : o the adherence with the vision and standards o the right level of contribution to the overall Supply Chain performance (stocks and costs)

Monitor all Logistics performance results and escalate the major gaps

Pilot all Logistics strategy transformation projects to catch up with the best competitors’ performance.

Create, update all necessary standards to be applied in Operations and Engineering

As a functional leader, develop all Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain teams

Activities

· Create and animate a Global Logistics dashboard including targets and level of

achievement,

· Monitor the Logistics performance of each country, plant, escalate all relevant issues,

· Coordinate all recovery action plans,

· Launch, get the validation and pilot all Logistics transformation projects

· Create, update all Supply Chain and Packaging methodologies and standards

· Develop Logistics skills matrix, implement regular assessments, organize trainings and

replacement plans

Team Management :

o Meet the code of conduct of the Company and promote it within his team

o Anticipate resources needs, challenge them and manage the recruitment of his team

members

o Manage the skills of his team, define training plans and ensure their achievements.

o Ensure adherence to budget (hours/ travel costs/ investments/ workload)

o Provide accurate reporting to all stakeholders concerned
