Industrial Project Engineer

The role of Industrial Project Engineer is based in our C-Power business Group in Pitesti, Romania.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead industrialization activities from project kick-off through SOP and ramp-up
  • Define and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, safety, and productivity targets
  • Manage project industrial timelines, CAPEX budgets, and development resources
  • Drive process risk assessments, PFMEA/FMEA, validation plans, and manufacturability reviews
  • Coordinate equipment sourcing, commissioning, and industrial acceptance
  • Lead prototype builds, production trials, and Run & Rate activities
  • Manage engineering changes and support continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing plants
  • Monitor industrial KPIs and provide regular project reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
  • Experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or industrial project management
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial methods
  • Experience with project planning, CAPEX management, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of PFMEA/FMEA, DFM/A, and problem-solving methodologies (8D)
  • Understanding of production organization, quality, safety, and ergonomics
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Leadership mindset, teamwork, and ability to work independently
