Modules

Base Mexico but require travel to US and Canada

 

PROFILE:

  1. Design and implement manufacturing processes.
  2. Equipment selection, installation, and validation.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  4. Maintain process documentation, including PFMEAs and control plans.
  5. Process engineering and industrial automation.
  6. Knowledge of predetermined motion time system (MTM, Modapts, MOST)
  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  8. Strong Project management
  9. Effective communication and abilities
  10. 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or related fields.
  11. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  12. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  13. Microsoft project

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

  1. Development of manufacturing processes by completing detailed engineering analysis of:
      • Design for assembly
      • Process flow
      • Process labor planning & line balance
      • Material flow and line-side presentation
      • Plant layout
      • Process failure mode and effect analysis (PFMEA)
  1. Production equipment and tooling specification and acceptance
  2. Production equipment run-off, installation, and qualification
  3. Validation of manufacturing process to meet labor targets, production output, and quality standards.
  4. Capital equipment budget planning.
  5. Poka yoke list and development
  6. Create initial Standard Work Instructions, PFMEA, and Torque parameter sheet
