PRACTICANTE DE COMPRAS

*Requisitos:

• Estudiante ACTIVO de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Logística o afín.
• Contar con seguro facultativo vigente.
• Disponibilidad de horario
• Habilidades: Conocimientos básicos en SAP, Paquetería Office (excel intermedio), Inglés intermedio

*Principales responsabilidades: 

• Generar ordenes de compra para las plantas de HBPO México en SAP
• Apoyar en cotizaciones de proyectos especificos.
• Apoyar en la creación y seguimiento de RFQ.
• Crear de RFQ en plataforma Tempo.
• Alta de proveedores (solicitud y revisión de docuementos).
• Revisar cotizaciones y generar comparativos.
• Identificar ahorros.
• Dar servicio a los diferentes departamentos en cuanto a dudas de procesos de compras MRO.
• Realizar presentaciones de Source Committee.
• Buscar nuevos proveedores y evaluarlos.
