Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in tracking and organizing Volkswagen (VW) purchase orders within the sales server.
  • Continuous monitoring of purchase orders and refinement of pending details to optimize the INTECNIA platform.
  • Development and maintenance of a historical pricing database for current projects.
  • Creation of internal manuals for specific departmental procedures.
  • Warranty follow-up in coordination with the Quality Department.
  • Support in the development of standard templates for basic quotations.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of customer-related debit notes.
  • Tracking of sold modifications and program points received from the client, in coordination with Engineering, for proper follow-up and implementation.
