Missions

  • The C&B Manager is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs in the region. This role ensures competitive pay practices and compliance with local regulations.
  • Job grading consistency 
  • C&B processes effectiveness (respect timing, budget) (salary, bonus reviews)
  • Compliance with local regulations

Activities

  • Ensure accurate deployment of the company’s strategy in terms of compensation & benefits policies, guidelines across the region 
  • Deploy the company’s compensation key processes: the Annual Salary Review and the Annual Bonus. This includes budget coordination, data accuracy, communication and education of the HR and management teams, collaboration with the Group Mobility department and the BG Talent Development on expatriate cases 
  • Contribute to the execution of the Hay grading methodology across the region: challenge and support job assessment and quotation, education of the HR teams on the methodology and regular reviews to ensure global consistency within the Division. 
  • Coordinate with and acts as a sound board for regional HR teams to ensure alignment of all compensation & benefits systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations. 
  • Contribute (and/or lead) to projects related to C&B topics in the Region or in collaboration with the Group C&B Center of Expertize.
  • Challenge and support HR & managers in their decisions about compensation packages, bench-marking exercises. 
  • Coordinate data preparation for C&B analysis and participation to domestic/international market surveys

Competences requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Has operated in an international/global set up
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and trends within the region
  • Experienced in Job Quotation, ideally with Hay methodology 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in compensation management software and HRIS systems. Ideally Success factor.
