Position title: Executive Assistant cum Admin
Key Activities
Executive Assistance :
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Organize and support leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
Administrative Support :
• Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate office logistics.
• Assist in planning and execution of company events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
