RESPONSIBILITIES: |
LEE Team Lead is responsible for the team dedicated to LEE function in Electronics development. He is responsible for fulfilling the assigned tasks. He’s guided by corporate guidelines. Effectively communicates with internal partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and adheres to the manager's instructions.
Manages and technically supervises the team of LEEs.
Coordinates the electronics design work, checks the workflow, development process-adherence, does the resource and capacity planning, this all from quotation phase to serial production.
Does the evaluation of individual performance goals of his employees by giving appropriate feedback, sets the individual training plans.
Reports to Electronics Manager and aligns with him on Project technologies, design strategy and split of resources.
Supports the standardization of electronics architecture within the whole product portfolio.
Supports new business wins with quotes by reviewing the work of each LEE in team.
Maintains a technical expert overview of lighting electronics product development process(manufacturing processes, internal and external customer interactions)
Ensures that the LEE team has sufficient number of working tools.
Cooperates with the PD AQE manager to ensure the project process compliance.
Collaborates and shares information with the international OP MOBILITY team (INDIA, US, GER, POL). Actively participates in solving the problems of all locations within the OP MOBILITY. Works according to the GPDS and VEDS process. He is responsible for continually improving the GPDS and VEDS process. In their work, they are guided by corporate standards and processes. Works on other tasks given by supervisor if not in contradiction with the original job description. During the work, respects all rules given for Health and Safety protection, Fire protection and all internal rules and legislative norms. |
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S): |
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics(BE, B Tech, B Sc, ME, M Tech, MSc)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S): |
More than 8 years
Professional knowledge / Technologies / Methodologies Knowledge of electronic circuits and LED driving topologies or DC-DC converters Basic knowledge of electronics design and development process Knowledge in Automotive SPICE Understanding the implications of ISO26262 Knowledge of MS Office products (MS Project, Excel, Word) Experience in role of Project Leader or Manager in automotive development Work in international team for more than 2 years
