CUSTOMER ENGINEERING MANAGER
Job Title: Customer Engineering Manager
Main responsibilities-
• To Manages the Design and Manufacturing Engineering linked to customer projects
• To build customer intimacy by overseeing all the projects and ensuring to meet QCT targets from customers within stipulated project timeline.
• Provides input, hours budget and quotes during the AVP phases
• Achieves quality, cost and timing targets for all OPTIMAP deliverables (SOW) and all developed equipment’s related to his/her perimeter.
• Provides support (technical/managerial) to his team and resolves it when required.
• Guarantees and report the convergence towards budget, timing and quality level in his perimeter (Product Design & Manufacturing)
• Drives resolution of Engineering Deep Red Points to meet division objectives
• To meet project KPIs- D&D hours, DRP, DR, QUAD, CTQ, RFT, CT, Wt. Scrap etc.
• Continuously improves and deploys standards (quality procedures, KEOPS, Optimap, PLMONE …) in link with Know how center.
