Main missions and accountabilities

• Technical Team Leadership:

  • Lead the technical team (internal and partners) and provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members.

  • Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

  • Plan and follow-up development activities, make decision on priorities

• SAP technical referent

• • Go-to person for all SAP technical questions in the BG

  • Estimate workload of requested development, review and challenges quotes done by partners

  • Contribute to developments and debug

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality of the technical solutions delivered by the team.

  • Drive and improve quality assurance processes, such as code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, to ensure that the solutions meet the required quality standards.

  • Lead critical incidents in production to resolution, when happen

• Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with other teams (functional team in Central and Regions, Basis team, business users…) to ensure the technical solutions align with the overall project objectives.

Required profile and experience

• Master’s degree/Engineering degree in information systems.
• 6-8 years of development experience SAP ecosystem (ABAP, Fiori, SAP Forms, Web services, EDI…)
• Team and IT partner management

• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality: endeavour to supply right first-time solutions, fight again non quality in processes and delivery
• Analytical, structured & process oriented.
• Service mentality, and continuous Improvement mindset.
• Able to work with multicultural teams. Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
