The Regional IS Practice Specialist - SAP GRC main responsibilities are:

Business Needs management

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for SAP GRC processes and third-party companies to work on the technical setups.
• Translate business requirements into SAP GRC configuration specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Work with key business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical consultants to ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP functionality.

Project Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, configuration guides, test scripts, and issue logs.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Assist in preparing project reports and presentations for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for operational support.

Required profile and competencies

• University degree or Engineering with specialization in Information Systems, Computer Science, Audit, Risk Management, IT security or a related field
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP Security & GRC area
• SAP Expert with functional and technical understanding of the GRC, Access Management tools and SAP Basis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management). Experience in customization
• Customer focus, delivery, and result orientation.
• Consistency and reliability. Ability to plan and organize activities efficiently.
• Strong change management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Teamwork, flexibility, and collaboration.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams.
