Education:
Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.

Languages:
Intermediate English (minimum 70%).

Experience and Technical Knowledge:

• Maintenance of industrial painting equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanics, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Operation and maintenance of ABB robots.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Execution and administrative control of predictive maintenance activities.
• Responsible for electronic equipment in the Painting, Injection, and Assembly areas.
• Implementation of process improvements and new projects.
• Documentation of implemented projects.
• Backup of PLC programs, drives, and control panel information.
• Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Analysis and troubleshooting of electronic, mechanical, and electrical failures.
• Software updates on computer equipment.
• Active participation in continuous improvement programs (Ideas, TAO, TPM, 5S).
• Management of external resources and suppliers.
• Validation of equipment for new projects.
• Evaluate assigned areas or processes to determine their significant environmental impacts.
• Develop programs for continuous improvement and pollution prevention through defined objectives and goals.
• Actively participate in initiatives related to Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance (IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001), including supporting the closure of non-conformities when required.
