Responsabilidad 4: Esta posición tiene la autoridad y la responsabilidad de detener cualquier proceso (y embarques) que ponga en riesgo la seguridad o salud del personal, impactos significativos al medio ambiente así como la calidad del producto que impacte a nuestros clientes, siguiendo los procedimientos que correspondan. Garantizando se cumplan los procedimientos que correspondan dentro del sistema de Calidad y del SAASS (Sistema de Administración Ambiental, Salud y Seguridad).
Responsabilidad 5: Reducción de costos: Optimizar el uso de la energía para minimizar los costos operativos y mejorar la rentabilidad de nuestro negocio.
Responsabilidad 6: Esta posición tiene la autoridad y la responsabilidad de detener cualquier proceso (y embarques) que ponga en riesgo la seguridad o salud del personal, impactos significativos al medio ambiente, así como la calidad del producto que impacte a nuestros clientes, siguiendo los procedimientos que correspondan. MACO, Region Leadership Teams, Plant Managers: Within his/her scope of responsibility he/she demonstrates leadership and commitment in respect of the IMS, He/she ensures that standards, processes, procedures, and objectives are updated in line with requirements and opportunely deployed within the organization making available the necessary resources. |
