Assembly operator

Responsibility 1

• Run production Machines safely and efficiently as per Standard Operating Procedure
• Perform Startup, Shutdown and change over activities

• Adhere to all safety rules, PPE,5S and LOTO methodology

Responsibility 2

• Ensure Hourly Production to meet as per target and to meet the customer demand with the Customer specific requirement
• Identify the abnormalities and immediately report to Supervisor

Responsibility 3

• Train New Employees in Assembly skills to meet the requirement and level up the skill to 3
• Rework inspection methodology
• My machine concept follow up
• 5S Methodology follow up effectively 
• 6 Quality Basics follow up
• Follow LOTO procedure without any deviation, if found any deviation immediately communicate to Safety Officer/Shift Leader.
• Effectively follow the Non Conformance Procedure and  follow Stop-Call-Wait
• If any abnormality inform to Shift Leader immediately
• Nonconformance product handling and identification method
