Competences requirements
• Master's degree in engineering (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or Supply Chain).
• Good Knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in local language, good in English
• Experience in Plant Operations
• Experience 3-5 years in Automotive Manufacturing or Supply Chain area
• Recommended minimum 3 years successful experience in manufacturing position (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Industrialization...)
• Recognized experience & ability to improve processes & KPI's within a plant using lean principles,
• Previous plant launch experience & production experience is a plus
Mastering of Lean principles, tools & methodologies
• Advanced handling of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Implementation of Lean tools on production line
• Knowledge of EHS and Quality Systems.
• Hands on and proactive mindset
• Ability to work in team and communicate effectively on the shopfloor
• Analytical thinking: driven by Facts and Data, problem solving
Mission
1. Lead Site manufacturing performance improvement plan
• Lead Plant Progress Plan with the plant management team to define priorities, key KPIs and macro activities for the budget
• Coordinate, challenge & support all managers for reaching Plant progress plan success
2. Lead Site Productivity roadmap
o Lead annual saving portfolio creation & update
• Coordinate, challenge & support all managers to organize improvement workshops
• Coordinate, challenge & support all managers for reaching productivity target
3. Deploy OP Excellence System (lean culture) in the plant o Lead trainings & coaching for all managers on Lean Tools & Methodologies o Coordinate BG & Group lean activities in the plant
o Coordinate, challenge & support all managers on the preparation of the Plant Maturity Assessment
4. Support industrialization of the new programs in the site
• Participate actively in Lean Industrial workshops to define best industrial scenario
• Support & challenge program teams on the equipment cardboard workshop
5. Lead by example the respect of the standards and rules in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment contributing to the IMS process management and improvement
• Plant Progress Plan achievement (Key KPls versus target)
• Productivity Roadmap achievement (Savings in K€ versus target)
• Plant Maturity assessment score (Gap between Self-assessment & official
