AUFGABENBEREICH

• Kleinere Reparaturen im Bereich Elektrik, Sanitär, Heizung, Türen, Fenster und Fußgängerwegen
• Durchführung von Kontroll- und Wartungsarbeiten in und an Gebäuden sowie an Außenanlagen
• Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und Meldung von größeren Schäden
• Überwachung der Reinigungsfirma
• Ansprechpartner für die Hausmeister des Vermieters

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

• Handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Installateur, Maler, Schlosser) von Vorteil, bevorzugt elektrische Ausbildung
• Strukturierte und selbstständige und Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den MS-Office Anwendungen
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Bereitschaft zu fachspezifischen Fortbildungen
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick
