Site Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Closely partner with the Plant Manager and Leadership Team to support the overall management, performance, and profitability of the site
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyze, and challenge financial performance against budget and forecast targets, and drive appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results, forecasts, risks and opportunities, as well as capital expenditure performance to the Business Unit
  • Analyze variances and identify root causes of financial and operational performance deviations
  • Drive productivity improvement initiatives and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of associated action plans
  • Lead the continuous enhancement and optimization of the plant’s financial and information systems to support operational excellence
  • Manage, develop, and coach the Finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; implement and optimize organizational structures within the department
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal control requirements, and reporting standards

 

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Analysis, preferably within the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment
  • Strong expertise in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
  • Proven experience partnering with operational management teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI/CO) and Microsoft Office applications
