Das sind DEINE Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt die Abteilung HR am Standort Regensburg im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Du übernimmst eigenständige Aufgaben vor allem im Bereich Time Management und Zeugniserstellung
• Du erstellst eigenständige Auswertungen und Analysen
• Du unterstützt uns im Schulungsmanagement
• Du unterstützt uns im On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
• Du wirkst bei diversen HR-Projekten mit

DAS BRINGST Du MIT

• Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang mit wirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources
• Sicherer Umgang MS-Office, optimalerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
