Working Student for Purchasing, Sustainability and Supplier Quality Management (m/w/d)

Your new tasks:

Purchasing:
•    Contribution to supplier communication and supplier questionnaires (Ecovadis, TEMPO)
•    Participation in annual pricing activities
•    Maintenance and update of master data in the purchasing tool TEMPO
•    Assistance with contract documentation and administration for suppliers
•    Involvement in Purchase Request / Purchase Order processes
•    Contribution to LPP analyses for the global commodity
•    Preparation of market price analyses in the electronics sector

Sustainability:
•    Contribution to the division roadmap to reduce upstream Scope 3 CO₂ emissions at OPmobility
•    Assistance in the calculation and tracking of upstream Scope 3 emissions
•    Monitoring of suppliers’ CO₂ reduction initiatives

Supplier Quality Management:
•    Contribution to supplier qualification monitoring (Supplier Quality Manual, IATF / ISO certifications)
•    Assistance in the continuous improvement of the SQ IMS
•    Involvement in the digitalization and automation of simple SQ processes

Requirements:
•    Studies in IT, industrial engineering, business informatics, physics, or comparable studies
•    Communication skills to build bridges between functions and suppliers
•    Power BI and Excel
•    Curious, creative, and willing to learn
•    Languages: English, can understand, read, write, and speak. German, Czech, or Polish desirable

Additional information:

You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
