Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all manufacturing processes including injection molding, painting, assembly, bonding, and process flow equipment.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with POMS methodology and best practices.
  • Provide engineering support to production teams and project teams during installation, commissioning, and production launch.
  • Continuously improve and optimize injection and/or painting processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, FMEA, and risk assessments for new installations.
  • Coordinate equipment and process trials, acceptance procedures, and documentation updates.
  • Analyze process deviations, perform root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and support production teams and share lessons learned across projects.

 

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree required.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably plastics.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, painting, assembly).
  • Familiarity with POMS, FMEA, A3 and other process engineering standards.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in German.Team player with leadership skills, structured and self-driven approach.
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, maintenance, and supplier interfaces.
  • Commitment to safety standards and risk prevention.
