As a HR Generalist (m/w/d) you support the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR relevant goals and measures. You know all internal processes in HR-department, support the HR specialists if necessary and have a good overview of current topics. You know and follow law regulations and company guidelines. You complete your tasks motivated, creatively and independently and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tasks. Your goal is to develop yourself  further for the position of HR Manager at our complex site in Reinsdorf as a retirement-related successor.

      Responsibilities:

      • Responsibility for the complete 'employee lifecycle' for a defined group of employees (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, personnel discussions, administration, offboarding)

      • Responsibility for the training activities and young talents (apprentices, students, VIE)

      • Support in the planning and implementation of personnel development measures

      • Participation in HR reporting

      • Company integration management (BEM)

      • Other projects

      Compentencies & Requirements:

      • Studies (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable

      • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry

      • Sound knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, works constitution and social security law

      • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

      • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

      • Persuasion, assertiveness, personal responsibility

      • Very good communication skills, high stress resistance and resilience
