Main Missions: 

As a HR Generalist (m/w/d) you support the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR relevant goals and measures. You know all internal processes in HR-department, support the HR specialists if necessary and have a good overview of current topics. You know and follow law regulations and company guidelines. You complete your tasks motivated, creatively and independently and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tasks.  

      Responsibilities:

•     Working on complete 'employees lifecycle'
•     Working with works council
•     Responsibility for young talents (apprenticeship, students, young graduates)
•     Being Training Leader and responsible for development and training activities
•     Support in HR reporting
•     Company integration management (BEM)
•     Other projects

   Profile:

•       Studies (Dipl./Master) in business administration with a focus on labor law or comparable
•       At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in a manufacturing industry
•       Knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, works constitution and social security law
•       Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
•       Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
•       Persuasion, assertiveness, personal responsibility
•       Very good communication skills, high stress resistance and resilience
