As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you support the HR Manager in implementing all HR-related goals and measures. You are familiar with all internal departmental processes and tasks, provide support to the HR Managers when needed, and maintain a strong overview of the department’s current topics. In your role, you comply with all applicable laws and internal HR policies. You work in a motivated, creative, and self-directed manner and enjoy taking on new tasks.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a defined employee group (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee meetings, administration, offboarding)

  • Responsibility for apprentices and junior talent development

  • Supporting the planning and implementation of personnel development measures

  • Contributing to HR reporting

  • Managing the company’s occupational reintegration process (BEM)

  • Additional special assignments

Professional competencies / qualifications / required experience:

  • Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration with a focus on labor law or a comparable field

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a manufacturing environment

  • Solid knowledge of collective agreement law, labor law, works constitution law, and social security regulations

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong MS Office and SAP skills

  • Strong persuasion skills, assertiveness, and a high level of personal responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills, high stress tolerance, and resilience
